The Common Council of the City of New Britain will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 27 West Main Street, New Britain, Connecticut, for the sale of city-owned property known as Pinnacle Business Park for $950,000 to Polamer Precision, Inc.
This is an exciting time for the City of New Britain, as Polamer Precision expands its operations in New Britain, bringing more jobs to our city's residents and adding to the city's tax base. The City of New Britain built the supportive roadways and infrastructure to serve Pinnacle Business Park and sold an 8.26-acre parcel to Polamer Precision, Inc. in 2012 for the development of an industrial manufacturing plant on the site.
Polamer Precision, Inc. has since owned and operated a successful manufacturing plant at the 8.26-acre parcel at Alton Brooks Way in Pinnacle Business Park, which has produced high-quality jobs for residents of the community and contributed to the economic growth of the city.
At this public hearing, interested parties may be heard and written communications may be received. Copies of items are also available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the Town and City Clerk, City Hall, 27 West Main Street, New Britain.
