Who is Stanley?

For those that do not know, 2021 was a year of many milestones. Not only was Mayor Erin Stewart elected for a historic fifth term, she was elected during the city's 150th Anniversary. In honor of our city's thriving and robust return to economic prosperity, and to serve as a reminder of local history, a series of short story teller quick-takes were made.
