These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and New Britain Journal (hereinafter referred to as “NB Journal”), regarding the use of the website www.newbritainjournal.com(the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

1. Ownership and Copyright - All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of NB Journal, or its content suppliers, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

5. 8. Termination - NB Journal reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Entire Agreement - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NB Journal regarding the use of the Site, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
